Till now, there are 803 private universities are in the Saudi Embassy database list.  If you have any doubt regarding you are eligible or not/ your university is in the database list or not, you have to contact with the organization from where you will do the whole attestation procedure, they will check it out and let you know about you are eligible for Saudi embassy attestation or not.

Note: Students who are a full-timer, they are only eligible for the Saudi embassy attestation. Students who do distance education, part-timer, they are not allowed for Saudi embassy attestation.
